Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026

Introduction

Civic Solution Partners, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") develops software for public agencies. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, use and share when you visit civicsolutionpartners.com (the "Site"). It covers this Site only. Each of our products (CivicCA, SentraCheck, SentraDeed, Sentra 311, Sentra Scheduler and GOVvpat) is operated from its own website and has its own privacy policy, which governs your use of that product.

Information We Collect

Information you give us

The Site has no accounts, billing or sign-in. If you use the contact form, you enter your name, email address, organization (optional), the product you are interested in, and a message. When you submit it, our web server emails that information to our team so we can reply. It is not stored in a database. The form is protected by a hidden spam-trap field, a minimum-time check and per-IP rate limiting.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our web server records standard request information: your IP address, the date and time, the pages and files requested, your browser and device type (user-agent), and the referring page. We use it to keep the Site running, secure it, and prevent abuse.

Cookies and Analytics

The Site does not set cookies of its own, and we do not use advertising cookies or analytics tools. We do not sell personal information. Our content delivery provider, Cloudflare, may set a functional cookie to identify automated traffic and protect the Site. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

How We Use Your Information

Third-Party Services

We use these services to operate the Site. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party.

Links to other sites

The Site links to our product websites and to our authorized reseller, Computer Systems Plus, Inc. (cspnet.net). Those sites are operated separately and have their own privacy practices.

Data Retention

Server logs are kept only as long as needed for operations and security. Contact-form messages and emails you send us are kept as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our business records, subject to any legal retention requirements.

Your Rights

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.

Accessibility

We are committed to making this Site accessible. See our Accessibility Statement. If you need this policy in another format, contact us and we will help within two business days.

California Residents

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

Children's Privacy

This Site is intended for professionals in public agencies and the businesses that serve them. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
