Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Civic Solution Partners, LLC builds software for public agencies, and we hold our own website to the same accessibility standard we expect of our products. We aim for this Site to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, which exceeds the WCAG 2.1 AA standard in the U.S. Department of Justice's ADA Title II rule for state and local governments.

What we have built in

• Keyboard navigation: Every link, button and form control works with the keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a "Skip to main content" link on every page.
• Semantic structure: Pages use real headings, landmarks (header, main, navigation, footer) and labeled form fields, so screen readers can navigate them.
• Readable text: Color contrast is chosen to meet WCAG AA. Text can be resized to 200% without loss of content, and layouts adapt down to phone width.
• Reduced motion: Animation and smooth scrolling are turned off for visitors who set prefers-reduced-motion.
• Meaningful images: The company logo has text alternative “Civic Solution Partners, LLC”. Decorative product marks are hidden from assistive technology, and the text beside them carries the meaning.

Known limitations

We are not aware of any accessibility barriers on this Site. We have not yet had it independently audited. Third-party content, such as the fonts delivered by Google Fonts, is outside our direct control.
